01 / WATERFRONT INFRASTRUCTUREActive product development

Living Seawall
Systems.

Habitat-integrated panels for new and replacement seawalls, designed around familiar precast construction practices rather than an entirely new installation system.

New & replacement seawallsConfigurable precast

Illustrative living seawall concept; final interfaces are site-engineered.

Construction fit

Precast interfaces

Project-defined panel dimensions, pile-supported layouts, cap beams and lifting or connection details for engineering review.

Ecological design

Tidal surface geometry

Tidal-zone pockets, shaded crevices and varied surface relief create potential attachment and shelter habitat.

Validation

Structural and marine testing

Structural design, connections, seawater durability and ecological response require project-specific testing.

02 / EXISTING INFRASTRUCTUREActive product development

Modular Habitat
Panels.

Retrofit habitat panels for existing seawalls and waterfront structures, adding ecological surface complexity without replacing the primary wall.

Retrofit installationsReplaceable modules

Illustrative retrofit panel concept; attachment design depends on host-wall condition.

Construction fit

Existing-wall mounting

Mounting layouts can be adapted to existing substrates using engineer-reviewed anchors, rails or spacers.

Ecological design

Habitat mosaics

Interchangeable habitat textures, small refuges and water-retaining features suit different elevations and species.

Validation

Anchor and substrate review

Host-wall capacity, anchor performance, corrosion exposure and biological outcomes must be evaluated.

03 / RESTORATION SYSTEMSResearch & prototyping

Species-Specific
Reef Systems.

Modular artificial reefs designed around target organisms and site conditions, not a single universal reef geometry.

Species-informed designRestoration pilots

Illustrative species-specific reef concept; ecological performance requires field validation.

Construction fit

Seabed placement

Repeatable modules can be planned around site access, handling, placement, seabed conditions and stability.

Ecological design

Target-species geometry

Cavity size, openings, settlement textures and flow exposure can be tailored for oysters, kelp or fish habitat.

Validation

Field and chemistry trials

Seawater chemistry, durability, deployment stability and species response need controlled field assessment.

04 / COASTAL RESILIENCELong-term R&D

Ecological Jetties
& Breakwaters.

Habitat-facing modules and ecological concrete surfaces proposed for engineered jetties, breakwaters and revetments.

Coastal protection projectsHabitat-facing geometry

Concept visualization only; not a certified coastal protection component.

Construction fit

Engineer-defined placement

Specialized units or facings would integrate within coastal-engineer-defined foundations, armor layouts and placement methods.

Ecological design

High-energy habitat

Textured faces and sheltered cavities introduce habitat opportunities across different depths and exposures.

Validation

Hydraulic and stability tests

Wave loads, scour, stability, durability and constructability must be validated before infrastructure use.

One platform / Familiar construction workflows

Designed to fit the project.
Not reinvent it.

We design around existing marine construction methods while using robotic printing to make habitat geometry more configurable.

01 / Interfaces

Project-defined fit

Dimensions, edges, connections and handling details developed from project drawings with qualified engineers.

02 / Fabrication

Modular robotic printing

Robotic printing of sections up to approximately 2 m wide, with layer-conscious geometry and customizable habitat surfaces.

03 / Evidence

Engineering and ecological QA

Target documentation includes interface drawings, material tests, installation plans and monitored pilot results.

Project development

From site brief to pilot.

Site and species requirements → interface design → material and engineering tests → permitted field monitoring.

Portfolio concepts remain in development. Project dimensions, installation methods, structural and hydraulic performance, marine durability, permits and ecological outcomes require site-specific review and verification.

Answers

Fabrication questions

Can you manufacture custom designs?
Yes. We review dimensional, material, manufacturing, and use-case requirements before confirming feasibility and pricing.
Do you offer structural or code-compliant components?
Suitability is application-specific. Structural components may require licensed engineering, testing, and authority approvals; no certification is implied by being 3D printed.
Can you use recycled-content material?
Potentially, depending on the application and required performance. Recycled material options are subject to formulation and validation.
How are projects priced?
Quotations depend on geometry, material, volume, finish, engineering, delivery, and installation scope. Please submit your drawings and project objectives.
